Order Cancellation
- You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, we cannot make any changes.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Your order has not been delivered.
- You received a defective or incorrect product.
- It has been less than 24 hours since you placed your order.
Returns & Exchanges
- If the product you received is not what you ordered, you have 7 days from delivery to return it.

Modifying Your Order
- If you need to make changes to your order, email us at info@vondutchshop.store as soon as possible.
